Distanța până la mașină poate fi o problemă pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redusă.

Un super séjour parfait. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Mustapha dans sa magnifique maison authentique, fraîche et magnifiquement décorée. Mustapha est attentionné et de bons conseils. Son tajine et ses petits déjeuners sont excellents. Nous recommandons cette adresse, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Excellent accueil par un guide local qui nous a aidés pour porter les valises ( une centaine de mètres). La Kasbah Maktob est très bien située au sein de la Kasbah des Caïds près d une palmeraie. Cadre authentique et très dépaysant. Je recommande la visite de la Kasbah des Caïds et la visite de la palmeraie attenante. Excellent petit déjeuner. A recommander!

My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at Kasbah Maktob. We have visited the Agdz/Tamnougalt region many times on our way to and from the desert, but this was our first time staying inside the ksar itself. I'm glad we did. Kasbah Maktob is a short walk from the parking area near the square and is well signposted. It’s worth noting that the route includes a few inclines, so it’s best to leave heavier luggage in the vehicle. The kasbah is beautiful throughout, with a traditional, atmospheric character. Hidden corners, Moroccan rugs, and thoughtfully styled interiors give it a very distinctive charm. The rooftop terrace offers outstanding views over the palm grove and surrounding mountains. We stayed in the Family Room with Garden View, which included a private outdoor seating area overlooking the palmeraie. It was a perfect place to relax if you can get this room. It's often booked. Mustapha was an attentive and welcoming host. We had many enjoyable conversations, particularly around our shared appreciation for traditional Moroccan rugs. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and the evening tagines were excellent all made by Mustapha himself. I would definitely recommend staying here and would no doubt stay again.

Kasbah Maktob Tamnougalt is a real hidden gem. The photos online do not capture how special this place is. It feels like stepping into another time: an authentic traditional kasbah inside an old ksar, with incredible views over the oasis and mountains. Our room was one of the most beautiful rooms we had in Morocco. We strongly recommend booking the Family Room with Garden View if available. The view from the window was unforgettable — the oasis, the mountains and the changing light were so beautiful that we took dozens of photos just from the room itself. It was honestly hard to leave. The owner was warm, relaxed and genuinely welcoming. He met us at the parking area and showed us the way. One practical note: the walk from the parking to the kasbah takes around 7–10 minutes on an uneven path, so it is best to take everything you need from the car at once, especially before dark. This may also be difficult for people with mobility issues. The kasbah itself feels authentic rather than staged. After visiting Kasbah Amridil, we could recognize many traditional architectural elements here, which made the stay even more meaningful. The food was also very tasty, and the whole place had a quiet, cinematic atmosphere. There is no pool, but about 15 minutes away by car is Cascade of Tizgui. The waterfall is modest, but if you walk deeper into the canyon behind the restaurant, you can find beautifully clean and refreshing water. Wading through the river there became one of our best spontaneous experiences in Morocco. After Marrakech, the desert and Todra Gorge, we thought nothing would surprise us anymore — but Kasbah Maktob did. A beautiful, peaceful and unforgettable place. 10/10.

Das Kashba war mitten in dem alten Viertel und eines der wenigen schon restaurierten Kashbas. Toller Blick von der frühstücksterasse auf den Palmengarten. Der Besitzer Mustafa hat das Kashba selbst restauriert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Dach aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die alten Häuser. Am Abend gab es leckere Tajine - eine der besten auf unserer Reise.

Kasbah pleine de charme au coeur du ksar, à deux pas de la palmeraie. La vue depuis le balcon de la chambre familiale est sublime au coucher du soleil. Nous avons aimé la décoration avec des objets anciens. Une fois garé sur la place centrale du village, les indications sont très claires pour trouver l'hébergement. Un moment inoubliable : notre hôte est aux petits soins, son tajine copieux et délicieux. On passerait des heures à échanger avec lui.

Séjourner chez Mustafa a été une expérience incroyable ... Nous avons été accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ... Les repas ont été excellents et notamment le tajine : le meilleur de notre voyage. Nous n'avions jamais vu notre fils manger autant ! La maison et la chambre sont magnifiques avec une vue splendide sur la palmeraie ... c'est un cadre vraiment incroyable ... un des plus beaux endroits de notre voyage. Petit clin d'oeil à notre guide Abdul avec qui nous avons découvert les alentours (Kasbah des caïds, balade en âne, ...), merci pour sa joie de vivre communicative. Lucas Manon et Léo
