A deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Parking has an additional cost. Please contact the property for rates and availability. For security reasons, is forbiden the room entrace from persons not registred. The guest may receive visitors in the garden or in the Lobby area. Visitores needs to request access, the visitor must register by showing identification, cost per extra person $200 MXN. Guests are requested to maintain as much silence as possible in the rooms and in common areas during the period between 10 pm and 7 am. For secureity of customers, at 22h30 a lock is placed on the gate. If you need to leave or enter, you must notify the security personal or ring the bell located on the entrance wall to the left. A surcharge of $250 MXN per person, per stay applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
