Guests are requested to maintain as much silence as possible in the rooms and in common areas during the period between 10 pm and 7 am. For secureity of customers, at 22h30 a lock is placed on the gate. If you need to leave or enter, you must notify the security personal or ring the bell located on the entrance wall to the left. A surcharge of $250 MXN per person, per stay applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"A great place for one or 2 nights."

Small 2 star-hotel with good size room, comfy beds, great shower (good pressure and hot), small fridge and a sink in the bedroom, a desk and god storage, a safe. Free water anf a micro-wave in the corridor to the rooms. The sheets are super-soft which is very pleasant. Independent nice restaurant just on top of the hotel (10% discount). Parking place just next door which is really great. Only 10 mns walk from Templo Santo Domingo Guzman. 10 mns walk from the Bus Terminal ADO.

To my taste, there is not enough space to keep your toilettries in the bathroom. Also, there is no lamp on the bedside table and the light of the room is kind of gloomy, especially because the bed covers are of a sad color. There are 2 plates and cutelleries, 2 cups but no bowls and no cloth to dry your hands. Little details which could be easily fixed and imoirtant when you stay more than 2 nights.

Great location, very close to the old town. Rooms are clean and well-kept but quite dark and gloomy.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant situation with the staff, because my things disappeared from the room. I noticed it and the next day they immediately reappeared. This situation caused me to no longer feel safe there

Great location, walking distance from the main square and ADO bus terminal, but far away enough to be quiet. Decent sized room, comfortable and dark at night. Ceiling fan, fridge and coffee machine in the room, free water refill at reception.

Not much to complain about for the price. Maybe provide coffee for the coffee machine, though it can also be used to boil water for instant/tea.
