Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt im schönen Riad NayaNour. Alle Wünsche und Fragen wurden sofort erfüllt und beantwortet, das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich im typisch marokkanischen Stil gehalten. Von hier aus sind sämtliche Attraktionen schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, obwohl das Riad in einer kleinen Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen ist. An einem Abend haben wir hier im Riad hervorragend gegessen. Man bestellt das Essen zur gewünschten Uhrzeit vor und alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und hat uns prima geschmeckt. Ebenso war das Frühstück sehr lecker und wurde jeden Tag für uns frisch zusammengestellt.

Die Räume waren insgesamt sehr kühl (wir waren im Dezember bei schlechtem Wetter da)

Die Lage war super, ansonsten war das Haus auch sehr gut würden wir weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder hinfahren super Service und das Personal war total nett

The property was exceptionally clean, cosy and had a peaceful atmosphere. The service was impeccable. Meriyam, Abdirahman & Zackariya were brilliant hosts and were very attentive to our needs. Thank-you so much for making our stay so wonderful.

The only fault in the property was that pool was not heating up which was disappointing as we really wanted to use it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Naya Hour. From the moment you step through the narrow Medina alleys and into this stunning, grand riad, you’re met with a sense of calm, zen, and understated luxury that feels almost unreal. Abdou and Zakaria were the true stars of our stay. They took care of every single need with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. While the riad itself is beautiful, it’s really the hosts who make this place exceptional. The mint tea deserves a special mention—and that’s saying a lot. I tried at least 15 mint teas across Morocco, and this was hands-down the best. The tajines were also excellent, clearly prepared with care and authenticity. The location is outstanding—tucked away through charming, quiet alleys, yet perfectly situated. Walking into the riad feels like discovering a hidden sanctuary. And the breakfast table… honestly, it will likely be one of the highlights of your entire trip. It’s an experience you’ll remember long after you leave. I can’t praise the property enough—but even then, the people behind it deserve the bigger share of the credit. If you’re still deciding where to stay in Marrakech: stay here. How much more can I convince you?

I stayed at Riad Naya Nour in Morocco and unfortunately had several issues that made the experience disappointing. First, one of the receptionists lied about not having eggs withmint tea, simply because he didn’t want to cook them. It was very unprofessional, especially compared to the female staff, who were always polite, kind, and helpful. The pool is extremely small—only about three people can fit, and you can’t actually swim. It’s more like dipping your feet in. On top of that, the water has so much added color/chemicals that it burns your eyes and the smell is unpleasant. Food and drink prices are very high, and you can get something much better and cheaper just by stepping into the nearby souk. One of the staff members also brought me rotted orange juice, which was shocking. I truly hope you don’t end up being served by the same person. Another major concern: the riad is located right beside a corner where airport taxis drop guests off, and some random men wait there. They immediately come up, grab your bags, and pretend to “guide” you to the riad—then they demand 200 MAD. I didn’t fall for it, but it’s unbelievable that this continues happening and the riad isn’t working with police to stop it. Overall, the breakfast is poor, the pool is unpleasant, and the service depends entirely on which staff member you get. Prices are too high for what you receive. I recommend booking elsewhere until management seriously improves the quality, honesty, and safety for guests.
