"Comfortable rustic cottages, very close to centre of Ella."

Location - very rustic cottages very close to the vibrant centre of Ella. You have to walk up an incline to get to the cottages but gives the feel of being in the bush rather than town centre. Beds very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Lovely garden in front with chairs and hammocks to lounge in. Even had a visit from 2 mongooses, a squirrel, frog and sounds of different birds in garden area. Host and his staff very friendly.

No air conditioning but the room did have a large wall fan and ceiling fans which did the job. The shower/toilet room could do with a ventilation fan as it felt a bit damp.

"Fantastic Bungalows in Ella…!!!"

Die Lage des Bungalow-Hotels ist perfekt. In der Nähe der Hauptstraße, aber abseits vom Lärm. Die Bungalows sind wunderschön und haben einen riesigen und spektakulären Garten. Geld wechseln können Sie im nur 100 Meter entfernten Supermarkt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Zu Fuß ist der Anstieg zum Hotel recht steil, mit dem Auto oder Tuk-Tuk ist das aber kein Problem und wer fit ist, kann ihn auch zu Fuß bewältigen. Wir haben es mehrmals am Tag gemacht. Die Warmwasserregulierung ist etwas “tricky”, aber wenn man weiß wie es geht, klappt es einwandfrei und der Wasserdruck ist sehr gut.

"Perfect!"

One of our best stays in Sri Lanka. The rooms are very thoughtfully done. The shower was brilliant. Very close to the main street. Really loved it.

Outside of the property looks pretty old but inside is spacious and modern. It was a seasonal time so city was awake up to early morning. We stayed in upstairs. Stairs case was very old and broken. If you have heavy luggage it’s not recommended to stay in up stairs

"Une pépite !"

Superbe grande chambre, lit immense et très confortable, belle salle de bain avec bonne pression et eau chaude, sèche-cheveux, déco sympa, frigo, armoire pour ranger les effets personnels, bouilloire, thé. Très propre. Terrasse privative (certaines ont des hamacs) Super bien placé (moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare, au bout de la rue principale, proche de tous les restos, bars, cafés, boutiques). Excellent emplacement pour débuter les balades vers Nine Arches Bridges et Little Adam's Peak. Vraiment exceptionnel

Étant proche de la ville, pas très au calme. Mais c'est le seul point négatif à souligner à mon estime.
