Villa Ana Marija

The location is great, in an wonderfull area. The hosts are very kind.

The staff was very friendly, we had everything we need there, a very large courtyard, a superb, great value for money restaurant nearby and nice surroundings.

We loved our stay at Villa Ana Marija. Our host was wonderful! Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The grounds of the Villa are lovely. I would stay here again.

The apartment is located 2km up the valley from the Kriva Palanka center, but close to the restaurant (if needed). Room is large, clean and fresh. Equipped with basic stuff only: beds, chairs and coffee table, the wardrobe and TV. Bed is large and comfortable. There is electric heater for cold days. Access to common kitchen annex in the hall and separate large kitchen on the ground floor. Large garden with a lot of tables and attractions. Parking place. The valley is silent. You can feel mountain fresh air. It is close to visit Kriva Palanka, Monastir and Osogovski Płanina mountains. Hiking trail to the waterfall begins here. Parking is a common place just close to street. The separate kitchen on ground floor is rarely used and not such clean as the room. On bad weather, if it is not possible to eat in the garden, it's better to have breakfast in the room than in the ground floor kitchen. In bathroom the shower space floor is not separated from the rest of the bathroom. After taking shower all the floor in the bathroom is wet. Small sink in the bathroom. Only little coffee table in the room.

Clean, comfortable and warm. Restaurant across the road was excellent. We had a car so the location was fine. Owner/Staff didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate fine! They also had filtered tap water so we didn’t need to take our own bottled water, very nice surprise!

People were in the common area and were very loud until late and some were smoking, then more guests came home and we’re up talking in their room until the early hours, we had to bang on the wall to get them to be quiet! It was close to New Years so I wouldn’t expect this to be the norm.

Good parking for motorcycles. The room was totally alright. A bit off the city but you just have to eat at the restaurant across the street. Amazing food for literally pennies. Can’t recommend it enough.
