Really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. The owner was super helpful—even gave me a lift to other place when I was checking out so I didn’t have to carry my heavy bags. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you

Lovely rooms, perfect for what we needed great location about a 5/10 minute walk to both the beach and town. The owner was so lovely and kind, he arranged to have laundry done for us, and had hung it out to dry before we got up the next morning. Also arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended.

The accomodation complex is located close to a busy road so can be noisy in the high season. Part of the accomodation is still under construction but there were no issues during our stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach and shop. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Will come back for sure!

We stayed in this accommodation for four nights. The house is right in the middle between Hiriketiya and Dickwella. Everything is very close by foot. The room was quite big and everything was clean. What made the stay uncomfortable for us was the fact that the house and area around it was under construction so during the day it was very loud. Because of that the outside area, where we planned to sit and hang out with our friends who stayed there as well, was also a construction site. Also there is no closet or anything similiar in the room so we had to store our luggage on the table. The owner was almost never around and didnt reply to our messages. We think there are some nicer places in the area.

The location is good and the host friendly. You can buy water at the hotel which is handy. We handed in some laundry, half of it was returned damp and one shirt was torn to pieces by a monkey. The host is friendly and apologized for the torn shirt. Overall a nice place but too loud for a good night's sleep.

The biggest problem is the noise. No sound proofing means you can hear the heavy traffic, the dogs barking and when it thundered the doors were shaking. Also the outside part of the air con was constantly making noise, even when the air con was turned off.
