Perfect location, clean spacious rooms and a fantastic owner. He went above and beyond to help us and easy communication. Had a great stay

Good aircon and owner seemed nice and bed ok with net (holey tho) location easy walking to hiri and dickwella beach (10 mins)

Late check in and nosey from building work so we couldn't use room for one day. Little sleep one night too from bar and road noise but could have been just new year, as next night less. We were in front left corner room, advertised as sound proofed but isn't. Advertised toiletries but doesn't I asked as ran out of shampoo so asked but lady looked puzzled and said no. Front door looked like it had been kicked in. Step out to little ledge with big drop to car park. This is a serious accident waiting to happen, should not be rented like this.

Location was convenient to Hiri beach

Breakfast was meant to be included but the owner was never anywhere to be seen. Also got the fan room which was ok but it should be clearer that I wasn’t getting AC. Construction work ongoing too so banging noises started in the morning

Perfect location between Dikwella and Hiriketiya beach. Got greeted by monkeys in the morning which was really cute

- lots of mosquitos and ants - check out was really unclear, needed to call the owner to pick up the money in the morning.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable visit. There was plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. I especially appreciated the separate area in the garden to relax – a perfect spot to unwind. The owner was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Great location, not too far from Hiriketiya or Dikwella beach, but also not so close that you are disturbed at night. Very welcoming host who just left us to it and comfortable bed.

Air con didn’t work but they did give us an extra fan.
