We had a large cool room. Bed was very comfortable, nice hot water, and helpfully a drying rack out the back of the room for drying clothes. The location is excellent. An easy stoll to Hiriketiya Beach, Dickwella Beach, and handy supermarkets whichever way you walk. The staff are excellent. Professional and a pleasure to interact with.

Excellent location for both beaches - Dickwella and Hiriketiya. Super clean and with new facilities. I love the most the backyard, which is tranquil and peaceful.

Among all the 5 rooms, there is only 1 room that has AC. My room at that time does not have the AC, and I think it is a bit overly priced.

Delicious breakfast and good location about 10 minutes walking from Hiriketiya beach. The owner was so friendly and kind!

It is more modern with a very comfortable bed. The guy who works there was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good!

For 30usd a night, no AC, no trash bin inside the bathroom, the sewage system is probably slower so paper didn't wanna go through, not even a little soap. The rooms are positioned like that, the road is just 5m from there and I could hear every Tuk Tuk literally next to my ears.

Mosquitos everywhere as the bathroom window constantly open and there are vents in the door. No aircon
