The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming. The location was conveniently close to the city, making it easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, and the property was well-equipped with all the essential facilities.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the noise from outside was a bit disturbing. Since the rooms are close, when people walk on the balcony it is disturbing.

The room was clean and spacious. Raj was very friendly and helpful in giving any advice and making sure everyone had a good stay. Breakfast costs 900 LKR, can choose a couple of options and get large portions of home cooked delicious food. There's a couple of good places nearby to buy bakery items and get meals.

It's about 40min walk into town but tuk tuks are cheap or there's a main road nearby with buses regularly going past.

Fantastic choice if you're staying in Jaffna. Good breakfast. Clean room. Great Host. Authentic list of restaurants recommendation. Thank you Raj and your wonderful family for everything. I came as a traveler, and left as a friend.

Raj’s place is an excellent base for a few days in Jaffna. Raj is an outstanding host—very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The rooms are simple, clean, and have great air conditioning. They also include a hot shower with excellent water pressure. The location is a five-minute walk to a few local restaurants or about a 25-minute walk (or a short drive) to Jaffna town. The place is a lovely, relaxing, and peaceful spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is available for an additional 900 LKR per person. The breakfast is excellent—a very generous spread of authentic cuisine that changes daily. We thoroughly enjoyed Raj’s hospitality and would definitely return if we’re in Jaffna again.

Raj was so lovely & made us feel so comfortable & welcome at his guesthouse. The accommodation was conveniently located off the main road in a quiet street & very close to a train station. The rooms were clean & breakfast was absolutely delicious. Raj was willing to help with anything and provide advice & recommendations.

A free , quiet and safe environment. Friendly owner, tasty home made breakfast, very happy with everything. Feels like home , value for money.

Very friendly host, Raj who was willing to help us in anyway. Laundry was done for us, breakfast was excellent.

It is basic and a little out of the centre but the price is reasonable.
