Authentic place, very clean, great value for money. Easy to get to the capital via boat taxi or ferry.

The road under the apartment is used and can be a bit noisy. Be prepared for a wakeup call from the bells. The water pressure in the shower is not great. But all of that is tolerable.

The location is perfect, near a ferry and boats to transfer you to the city center in Valletta.

We were out of hot water in the room.

An old, traditional Maltese house, completely renovated and well maintained, reflects the spirit of Malta. The most original house I've ever stayed in! In the heart of a place that is magical and where there are very few tourists. You will get along with its owners quickly and easily.

The water pressure in the shower is very weak - you won't be able to wash your hair. I'm not complaining, just saying!

The coziest place in the Three Cities! We enjoyed our 10 days stay, easy to get around and a great starting point to explore Malta! Mark and Sacha are the perfect hosts!

Everything was great.

The location is good. Residential area with nice bars and cafes very close by. Bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh. Good shower. Good communication from hosts. They were nice enough to upgrade my room and allowed me to leave my luggage on the last day.

Not clean enough. The owners said there is an extra cleaning charge in previous reviews, which is not acceptable. Clean accommodation is a basic expectation. I like to feel clean so it made my stay less comfortable. From the pictures you can see how much dust there was, just from running my finger over the table. Very bad in communal areas, like months of dirt it looks like. My room was less bad but you can tell it's not being deep cleaned often. Dust on most surfaces, hair, dirty bed frame, kettle old and full of limescale. As the owners have stated they do not charge for extra cleaning (a lie), here it is from their previous review response "Property response: "Regarding cleaning, as stated in our policies, and being a small self-service guest house, extra cleaning is available for a nominal fee upon request. " Additionally, the accomodation boast a shared lounge. If this is unusable due to visible FILTH on every service, you should take responsibility for this.
