Ella Mount Relax Cottage

We kregen bij aankomst een welkomstdrankje van het hele vriendelijke personeel. Het ontbijt was erg goed en het terras heeft werkelijk een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer was prettig, met eenzelfde schitterende uitzicht en schoon. Locatie ook prima, op loopafstand van het centrum en de Ella Rock trail.

Niks. Wij hadden een eigen TukTuk, maar misschien is het om te lopen een klein stukje pittige omhoog.

We booked the big family room because it was the only one available, but we loved it. The views are incredible and it's quiet and private. The hotel also gave us the contact of a very good local driver to arrange our transfers before arriving. Everyday we enjoyed the breakfast with the amazing view over the valley and Ella Rock. The town center is just 5 min walking away. Little Adam's Peak and the Nine Arches Bridge are also in walking distance.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness and the view

No AC, the ceiling fans provided no relief from the heat. Almost no hot water, small bathroom with no counter space on the sink, very limited amenities (not even a soap dish). They do not accept credit cards. Cash only

I mean that VIEW! If you're booking this space, it's for that reason alone. The view is incredible. The room is simple, it does the job. Comfy enough bed. Simple and functional wifi and mini fridge. But the room has all glass facing the mountains and my room (Cabin 1) had a surprisingly private porch area as well! Really felt totally within the nature of Ella. Gorgeous!

My only complaint really is that they only take cash payment, which is a headache given the amount you might need to withdraw from an ATM if you're staying for multiple nights. If you don't mind that (or if they get a card machine) then it's a 10/10 easily!

Astonishing view, glass bedroom, hot water, walkable distance to city center, friendly and helpful staff.

Не комфортные условия санузла. Долго не уходила вода в раковине, не хватало полотенец (номер рассчитан на 5 человек, нас было четверо). Недостаточное количество посуды. Отсутствие микроволновой печи. Тяжело добираться на машине до объекта (практически невозможно, особенно если с чемоданами). Либо 200 метров спускаться с чемоданами пешком, либо вызывать тук тук

Der Ausblick war Weltklasse und die Lage zum Zentrum Fußläufig in ca. 10 min. erreichbar. Frühstück war gut mit viel Obst und reichlich. Das Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit.

Unser Zimmer wurde in den drei Nächten nicht gesäubert. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser ausfallen. Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad wären wünschenswert aber nicht entscheidend.
