The views, the rooms were clean, spacious. The breakfast was delicious and served with the best view over the valley. Very good value for money and great location away from the hustle and bustle but easy 7 minute walk into town.

Das Bad war winzig und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Stand beim Duschen unter Wasser. Schimmel. Am schlimmsten war ein penetranter, unerträglicher Gestank nach einem Raumbedufter! Wird den Bewertungen in keiner Weise gerecht!!!

The view from our room was incredible and meant that the bad weather didn't dampen our spirits! Huge breakfast with good selection, and great breakfast set up watching the birds. Room was clean and had good facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc). You are actually in the jungle so heard animals and had some bugs but it's all part of the jungle experience!

Sometimes water wasn't very hot; seemingly early morning and late night so may just be a timing issue

Ella Mount Relax Cottage absolutely blew us away. We stayed for 3 nights in the family suite, which was comfortable, spacious, clean and with a breathtaking view. We watched the sunrise from the comfort of our bed most mornings and it was a joy. The location is also super handy, a short walk to Ella town and close to the Little Adam’s Peak trailhead. The service was some of the best we had all trip. The breakfast (with a view) was fantastic and changed every day so there was variety. The manager and the rest of the staff were so attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From bringing us a drink upon arrival, doing our laundry and even surprising us with a birthday cake at breakfast as the manager noticed it was my 30th from seeing my passport during check in. This such a wonderful and kind gesture. The value for money here is fantastic, and we would’ve played double for the experience we had. We would recommend this to anyone and hope we can come back again!

Nothing, it was perfect.

The view is amazing. Compared to other hotels of similar quality where we’ve stayed, the breakfast was even better. The staff were very helpful.

The access roads seem more suitable for tuk-tuks. It can be difficult for a regular car to enter. After the first day, our driver was reluctant to drive in.

Amazing views. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning.
