Breakfast was ample. Spacious common areas in building. Handy location for the centre of town. Facilities in room adequate.

There could be more storage space for clothes etc. Staff need to tone down the 'hard sell' when simply asked for a tuk tuk.Don't need to try and convince customer to take a tour or rent a bike from them.

Bed was comfortable as were pillow, not guaranteed in Sri Lanka

There was no dinner available (unlike advertised) so I had to go out. On coming back not late about 7.30pm and only 200m from property I got assaulted by a bike driver. I would not advise this property for solo female travellers. Was first time I’ve felt unsafe in whole of Sri Lanka.

The room was very clean, breakfast was good, it was good value for money.

This is a fantastic hotel, run by a really nice guy. The aircon was great, the wifi strong, the bed comfy and the shower was hot. The bed had a mosquito net which allowed for a very restful sleep! There was some space at the front to park our tuk tuk.

It was rather dated and the shower was before the toilet so you had to walk over wet floors to get to the toilet until the water had dispersed
