Great staff, great breakfast, great location. Really clean.

Air-conditioning was not working properly so sleeping at night was not that great due to high temperature and humidity.

Everything was very clean! Lovely terrace to sit on and eat (shared with other guests but divided by barriers so you get privacy) Close to Mihintale Rock (bus or Tuk Tuk) Water provided AC, Small fridge Helpful staff Nice welcome drink Possibility to rent bikes or scooter Good breakfast. It's also possible to have a local breakfast instead of western type Possible to eat (lunches, dinner) on arrangement

Mosquito net too short to fit the double bed. It's probably wrong size. Also there was a thick layer of dust on the top of it. Room needs to be painted, same for bathroom. Walls are a bit dirty. Only one power socket (behind the fridge)

Room had a bit old style furniture, but it was comfortable, equipped with everything for a short stay. Breakfast was good.

A/C was weak.

Very nice and confortable location! The staff was really kind and helped us to plan and organize our staying in Anuradhapura.

The breakfast was well presented with a variety of fruit and toast with egg and jam. A big pot of tea or coffee too. Location was close to all attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Very clean and spacious rooms for a decent price. It was one of the cleanest rooms during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. Very good breakfast!

Good location. Clean room. Homey public areas. Friendly and helpful stuff. Arranged nice tuktuk-driver for seeing the historical places in Anuradhapura.
