Staff was friendly and respectful.

The power went off that day and the place did not have proper preparation for that. They did not have even candles in standby. One staff member has to rush to shops to bring candles. In Sri Lanka power failures are frequent. Since they did not have a standby generator, should have bit more preparation for a such situation. The bathroom and bathroom facilities were somewhat old. In my son's room, hot water shower did not operate properly.

Great location, super friendly staff, comfy beds, make sure to bring mosquito spray (even for inside), since there seem to be more than other places in Sri Lanka. We loved that we could rent a bike to cycle around the temple area and breakfast was great. Thank you for having us :)

Was a good place to start into the holy city. The best Part was the Renten bicycle. Old and rusty, but functioning.

Room was not safe. Ac had a leak. Water was dropping into the bed and the floor. To noisy to use in the night. Fan was noisy, too. The sewage in the bathroom was installed wrong. Water kept on the floor and toilet only to use with wet feet. Because of loose connection light flashed immediately deep in the night and woke me up in shock. Electrical divises were not plugged in/switched on. I had to ask for everything not knowing about it. Breakfast war very plane with Fanta! as a ' Fruit juice. Mosquitos all over the place... no need for insent sticks. Not to recommend.

Attentive & friendly staff, so spacious, great value for money, excellent location amongst nature - all round a superb stay that was hard to fault.

Calm and peaceful location. Big dining hall and kind staffs were impressive. Mosquito net was essential and good to sleep well. Location is around 15 minutes walk from New bus stand. So it's better to take tuktuk if you have luggage.

Facilities are old. Room size is not spacious. Lots of Mosquito will attack during the stay.

Very helpful and friendly people. good location, very clean. near by the center but very quiet. they have options to rent a scooter or bicycle for fair prices. for us was it perfect.
