This place is a complete goldmine - one of my favourite ever stays! The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Lots of towels provided, lovely bedding and even bathroom products provided like new toothbrushes and razors. The breakfast is amazing and filled us up for the entire day! The family are so lovely, special thanks to Lakshita for the morning safari he took us on where we were able to see so many elephants. They also brought me a huge pot of tea at 11pm - doesn’t get much better than that! Will miss staying here and being greeted by Rex :)

This place is perfect for discovering Sigiriya. The family is incredibly nice – we stayed there at Singhalese/Tamil New Year and lit some fireworks together. The next morning we received a celebratory breakfast – super delicious. [The owner] organizes safari’s and trips as well and can help you go around easily. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

very clean, great breakfast (especially hoppers and coconut sambal!), strong aircon, large modern bathroom, lovely, super supportive family. if you do the jeep elephant tour with the owner make sure you stand up on the jeep all the way home, the lush grenery is amazing. we were lucky to see many elephants. they helped us organise everything. you can also use the pool in the hotel next door for a small fee to cool off in the afternoons. best to do activities in the morning or evenings! thank you so much!

Nice room.

Do not come here, somebody stole money from our backpack that we left in the room during our tour, we locked the room. The owner told us that they only have 2 keys and that both were given to us. That was the first thing that threw us off cause it is not possible that they don't have the master key. It is not a house on the main road and they have a cute but loud dog gaurding the house, i don't believe a stranger just walked by and unlocked the room and stole it and then locked it back again. We had an exact value of $ to pay for our 3 accomodations, we were 150$ short, guess they tought we wouldn't notice.
