Nature Night Homestay

Amazing stay! I l strongly recommend this place to any traveler looking for some relaxing atmosphere. The family was very nice and super helpful in helping me to plan my stay. They provided very useful recommendations and help with ordering tuktuk. The food was the best I had in Sri Lanka so far, highly recommend to enjoy your dinner there. The room was very nice and clean, AC, huge bathroom. The garden was very pretty. The guesthouse is located a bit outside of the main road but the village is accessible by foot. Last but not least, I did the safari with the owner, which was one of the best experience I had. Safari was in Hurulu Forest Reserve, a very nice forest, and we saw lots of (baby) elephants. Highly recommended!

A wonderful house in the midst of nature, very well kept garden and outdoor surroundings. Loved the nature sounds and the outdoor space. The family are very welcoming and friendly. The food served is genuine, delicious local food. Best food so far in Sri Lanka. Super peaceful and location is great to go around this beautiful area in Sri Lanka. Host always very helpful and responsive.

Lovely homestay out in nature! Wonderful hosts, great value dinner available and serene spot close to but out of town. Perfect spot to stay before heading to the forest!

Lovely place to stay in Sigiriya, good location, owner very kindly helped us arrange transport to our next location, tuk tuk to lions rock etc, really nice big breakfast, helped us arrange laundry, great A/C in room, we also did elephant safari with owner which was incredible! Very friendly dog! Really recommend & excellent value for money!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they helped us organise transport and were just overall wonderful. Especially the breakfast and homecooked dinner was a highlight.

They have a dog that can be very attention-seeking at times :) we didn't have a problem with it, but just something to be aware of.

Great place, big, clean room, amazing host. Feels like home. Wifi is the fastest I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. Breakfast is so generous, and they can provide dinner; don't miss it, it is super tasty.

The host and family were so welcoming, and even provided us with a safari tour. He is very skilled and we managed to always be the first ones to see the elephants as he knows the area very well. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and we sat on the porch overlooking the garden. It’s in a great location close to some lovely restaurants and a short drive from lions rock. I couldn’t recommend this Homestay enough, we really enjoyed our visit.
