Very helpful staff, the pool and shared space is great. Clean and comfortable, good value.

Could use More cooking utensils, new glasses and dishes.

Only stayed one night but it seemed lovely, nice well kept kitchen and the rooms were nicely presented, comfortable with warm showers. Lovely pool area and lots of soft seating

No many places at the beach in front of the hotel which is good if you are looking for some quiet. A scooter or cap is required to take you to busier places

Nice place! Lot of outside spots around the pool to rest, read etc... You can see the sunset just outside the property.

I understand that it's not the "philosophy" of the place but AC should be added to the rooms. Be really carefull with mosquitos.

Beautiful place to stay in Zicatela. The garden/outdoor area around the pool is really nice, there are nice chairs and shade to chill out in as well as an outdoor shower. Liked that there was a kitchen and fridge to store your own food/drinks as well as small bar where you can purchase beers and soft drinks at a reasonable price. It is a relatively small place so it was never too crowded while I was there, definitely seemed more of a chilled place than a party place. Staff were always around and they were very helpful and assisted us with laundry, taxi and even a driver to Oaxaca which was great. Rooms were nice and daily cleaning was really good. Sure the A/C would have been nice but the 2 fans provided were pretty good. Location wise it is a quiet area but a short walk to shops/bars/restaurants in Zicatela. We also enjoyed the local market which is a short walk a way. You can surf at the beach out the front if you are experienced, it is not ideal for beginners, keep in mind if you want to swim in calm waters and don't like big waves, this is not the best part of the beach as the waves can be quite crazy at the shore. La Punta is better for calmer water - it was about a 30 min walk. We took the free bikes which was quicker but the bikes aren't in the best condition.

I found the pool quite dirty sometimes, it had a lot of bugs. It could have been cleaned more often. Wi-Fi to the rooms was basically non-existant but it worked well in the common areas. Be aware there is no safe in the rooms. There are also no bedside lamps.

Everyone is nice and friendly. The kitchen is comfortable :) I liked the design of the common area. Quite and cozy

Needs to clean the pool a bit more often. There are a lot of insects 🥲 and the bad was small for 2 people, because there is no AC
