Posada Lepa Mukawa Hospedaje boutique junto a las Pirámides de Teotihuacán

There were some basic stuff missing in the room. There were no hand soap, no shampoo, no body wash. There were some very basic cooking wares, but there were no water sink, and no silverware! I doubted anyone would actually use the "kitchen".  It took me 1.5 hours to get the Wi-Fi and password from the host. (This could be easily resolved with a Wi-Fi instruction in the room.) The room I had was downstairs and the wall felt like paper thin. I could clearly hear kids running upstairs, chairs moving, it was a bit noisy during the day, but during the night it was fine.  The upside was, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The owner of the place, who leaved on the second floor was very nice and friendly. And she generously agreed with my late checkout request. I liked this place, I would suggest making some small improvements to make it better. (Check in wasn't smooth either. I ended up standing on the street for 30 minutes, with really low response from the host. )

Its central and only a couple minutes away from the Pyramids , super convenient and has everything you need around you.

Lepa Mukawa was very welcoming and kind. The room was clean, modern and cozy. The pillows were especially awesome made of down or some heavenly equivalent. Everything was wonderful and I could walk to the Pyramids. The hosts were super accommodating, making sure I was taken care of and even gave me a ride to the bus. Highly recommend!

The original room at the back of the property was a bit small for 2. WiFi and water pressure were not strong. They kindly moved us to a larger room as the other weekend guests departed. Much much better! We even played soccer and other games with the kids of the woman who ran the hotel. Overall a great stay. Comfortable beds, good shower, and very clean. Good location to wander about the town and to even walk to Teotihuacan pyramids.

Acceptable!

The room is superb and extremely clean. All the facilities are great, there's even a water cooler in the room. The WiFi works great and I didn't have any issues with noise. It's more of a guesthouse than a hotel, however the host is always available and incredible helpful with any requests. It's located near a bus stop that takes you back to CDMX. I stayed here the night before visiting a viewpoint to see the hot air balloons for sunrise and the experience worked out perfectly.

The owner is warm and welcoming. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. located near the pyramids near restaurants and shops.

The sound of the train coming by and the sound of the screaming running children by your door step

Antonia, the host is friendly and helpful. The water dispenser in the room was an overkill but useful. It would be just as accessible in the public space.. We walked to Gate 4 of the pyramid complex and walked home from Gate 1. They were both about a mile away. The hotel was good value.
