All was perfect.

beads are alittle too hard, parking is private, but if other gests have cars they will get in the way and that makes it not ideal for scheduleing.

The hosts are very nice, and willing to help to have the best experience possible.

Very friendly staff. Everything was good and price was great. The Pyramids close by were cool to see as well.

Antonio, the owner, was very accommodating. The place was clean, and the location is a 15 - 20 min walk from the entrance to the pyramids. He went in the rain to change money for me and even drove me at 4am to MEX airport (economically), so I couldn't have asked for a better host.

Nothing. Note that the sewer system of the town isn't great, and I stayed in 3 different locations, and all had the occasional rare smell.

We had a wonderful stay in walking distance to the Teotihuacán archeological site. The family running the place was lovely and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and even came with its own water dispenser (hot and cold.) WiFi worked great, hot water shower as well. Parking was available and secure.

There's no sign outside, so make sure you have a look on Google Streetview or the outside photos here on Booking.com before so you know what building and entrance to look for.
