The owner and her son are absolutely lovely! Helpful, kind and available. The location is amazing also. The room was very large and neighborhood very quiet at night.

There wasa moisture problem which could be helped with keeping the windows open..

Amazing location walkable to the centre, nice to have a fridge, very large space, appreciated the AC, very very friendly staff. Great value for money!

It’s a very basic room that needs a bit of TLC (peeling paint etc). We had some problems with bugs but that’s possibly just the climate. Downstairs has very loud dogs so although was quiet from the street as it was day of the dead they barked a lot at things outside

The owner Carmen was amazing she made us feel like part of the family, she was very helpful and gave us tips on how to get around the city, which were the best restaurants, and what tours to take to discover the beauty of Oaxaca, my wife and I stayed with her for a week and we would have liked to stay longer, she is so knowledgeable of her town and it's history you can't stop listening to her stories about the culture and the people. The room was great, the bed was soft and we slept so good, the place was so clean, the bathroom was very nice, I loved the tiles in the shower, we had air conditioning in the room although the temperature at night was around fifteen degrees outside, beautiful place to stay, we loved the terrace with the table and the chairs where we shared some of the best hot chocolate we've ever had made by her by the way! You can just sit there in the night breeze and smell the oranges from the trees in her garden, sincerely she's the kindest person we've ever met, mindful, always looking out for us in case we needed anything, her attention to detail, honesty and kind heart makes us want to go back to Oaxaca and stay with her again, our experience was one of the best and it was amazing, we loved every minute of it and we recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay there, affordable, clean, respectful, honest and true, you should try it and find out. Florenthina, sie Gastgeberin ist 10/10, uglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie verbreitet ein familiäres Flair und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage ist super, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir waren während Guelaguetza hier. Deshalb waren die Preise höher (60€). Da hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht 100%ig gestimmt. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

The accommodation is easy,but perfect for discovering Oaxaca for a few days. It has everything you need! Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable and there is enough space in the room. Quiet area, only 10 minutes walk to the center. Carmen is an exceptional hostess and the best on my whole trip in Mexico. She supports you with everything, is always there for questions or a nice evening chat on the terrace. Thank you for everything Carmen, I will be back💜
