"Lovely hostess, comfortable, good location, great value!"

Doña Carmen is so kind! The room is comfortable, the tiles in the bathroom are super cute. It perfectly suited my needs. A short walk into the center (10mins max) and only 2 blocks from El Mercado de la Merced, a great produce market with proper local food. Great street food options nearby. Carmen also booked me the taxi to collect me early in the morning. Great value for money - would definitely stay again!

"Great host, great place"

Host was friendly and helpful in a non-intrusive way. Location was great, make sure to get coffee and baking around the corner. Facilities were good.

Dogs barked a little too early in the morning for my liking sometimes.

"Very good"

The host is super nice and helpful. The bed was comfy and the wifi was good. Also the location is pretty great.

I felt like the room needed a mopping, the floor was a bit dirty. The dogs in the property can be VERY loud, but I slept most nights fine (with earplugs).

"Great place to stay in Oaxaca"

The hostess is extremely liked her :) She gave us a great recommendation to have breakfast at a nearby (2 minutes walking), local mercado which was a jackpot! we loved the food and went there everyday. the room was quite spacious and clean, there was no problem with warm water. close to the city center but not too close - so that you can rest at night - we definitely recommend it!
