Muy cercano al centro pero ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo. La zona común era un pequeño patio interior en el que pasar un rato tranquilo con nevera, cafetera, agua... Personal muy amable

Nos tocó una habitación que compartía pared con la zona común, no tuvimos problema con el ruido ya que la gente fue bastante respetuosa pero si que teníamos una ventana grande en esta por lo que teníamos que tener la cortina cerrada en todo momento.

No pude conectarme a WiFi en laptop, falta que pongan quizás un mejor repetidor wifi. Cuarto sin pantalla (pero en lo personal, no es prioridad)

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They even allowed a late check-out if the room wasn’t occupied, which was appreciated. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The price was relatively affordable for the booking platform used, though similar options at the same distance can be found cheaper on other platforms.

Unfortunately, the bathroom experience was among the worst I’ve encountered. In the first room, there was no warm water at all. The host was apologetic and moved us to another room, but the issues continued. The shower in the second room was barely functional: a faulty hose allowed only a weak spray of water, and the temperature was nearly impossible to regulate. After a long wait, the water would suddenly turn scalding hot or freezing cold, with only a brief window of bearable warmth. What’s more frustrating is that this doesn’t appear to be a new issue - older reviews mention similar complaints, and the state of the shower suggests it’s been this way for years. It feels like the hosts are aware of the problem but have chosen not to fix it, which shows a lack of consideration for guest comfort, perhaps choosing to simply apologize instead when informed about the bad showers. A cold shower would have been acceptable in humid weather conditions, but Oaxaca can be chilly especially when it rains, which makes this shower experience even more unacceptable. Owing to the blatant disregard for bathroom experience of guests, I do not think this property deserves its high rating at all.
