Said, the internet connection did not work ... So if you have to work while staying here this would be a big issue... The picture we see here is not the door where the stay is .. so to find it was it a bit inconvenient... They also told me they would update the pic but as I can see They did not! It says you can pay there but it does not mention you cannot pay with a card!

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful.

Shower didn’t work properly only one jet of water, very hard to control temperature. Sink was dirty and cracked. Bed small and sheets/ blanket small.

Friendly staff, great location, away from city noise and busy roads. On a quiet street walking distance to all Centro activities. Close to bus station.

Noise from other guests. As echoes in the courtyard. Most guests respect quiet, but some do not and affects all others. Not the fault of the property.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have free filtered water and use of fridge and microwave in the shared kitchen area. We felt safe and had our own key and fob.

The floor of the room and the shower was dirty with lots of long black hair everywhere. The room was very cold and we had to ask for extra blankets. The water flow was very weak. They cut the hot water off between around 11pm and 6am which we were not informed of. We tried to beat the traffic going to Hierve el Aqua and could not shower before we left as there was no hot water and it was too cold to shower in cold water. The side table was askew and everything slid off it, glasses, cups, even my ipad. When we arrived at 2:30pm there was nobody and no sign to say it is Casa Luna & Sol. Very hard to find. We had to run around and ask other people where this place was and someone tried to help but although ringing the bell and banging on the doors, no-one came. Only later a woman came from a different direction. Although they say there is parking, the parking is behind doors which is very difficukt to get into, there are only 1 car space and cost 90 pesos extra per day. We were advised to park in the street and there will always be parking but we struggled to get parking in this busy area. I will advise that this is not a place to book uf you have a car. It is very noisy during the day with a lot of very loud banging from very esrlt until 6pm as they are building and it will be a long time before they finish. We will not be back,

The location was superb! The bathroom had an old toothbrush in it, but other than that the room was clean.

The room was very basic and the blinds didn’t fully cover the window, I felt a lack of privacy.

Safe and clean place. Friendly staff and near to the city
