Great location, secure, and quiet neighbourhood.

Rooms are poorly fitted out. Lack of privacy due to poorly concealing blinds and the door lets a lot of light through, so it is difficult to sleep. The most remarkably uncomfortable bed (even though it was a new mattress), and the lumpy pillows gave us both sore necks. We are usually not fussy, but this accomodation was below the minimum standard for a hostel. They also didn’t list that hot water is only available for 2 hours in the morning, and 2 hours at night. We only stayed for one of our 7 booked nights, forfeiting the rest of our money. We paid slightly more for accomodation through Airbnb which was vastly better.

Good location, within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, shops, and the main square or zocolo. Despite being so close to the action it is quiet enough to sleep at night, unless you require total silence, which will be impossible to get in a city like this. I think this place gives you good value for the price. It is a budget guesthouse, not a 5 star hotel. And the owners are both very nice and try hard to take good care of their guests.

The floor in my room was dirty, so they could spend more time cleaning. Judging from my experience, nothing is as clean in Mexico as it is in the USA.

Nothing to complain about!

Lovely owner, great sized rooms, warm water. Not too far from the center and a lovely area. Comfy beds, nice little social area. Great fast laundry service. Owner was even kind enough to organise us a taxi to the airport.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the center and many tourist sites, yet on a lovely private little lane. The room was very large, cool, and very clean. Most importantly, the owners were very lovely people, helpful and accomodating.
