This place is absolute magic. Simple but impeccable berber hospitality in the mountains. Candle lit with the most incredible fire-powered hammam. The team couldn't help more with tea, hike picnics and securing guides and taxis.

Nothing it was magical - probably not one for someone with unsure footing / accessibility issues.

Accueil adorable et très attentionné. L’endroit est magique, avec une vraie ambiance de refuge de montagne. Vue absolument splendide sur les montagnes. Expérience hammam vraiment top. Feux de bois dans les chambres pour se réchauffer, ce qui rend l’atmosphère très cosy malgré l’hiver.

L’endroit est un peu difficile à trouver et l’accès n’est pas très pratique avec des valises. Un peu froid en hiver, surtout le soir, mais cela fait aussi partie du charme du lieu et est bien compensé par les feux de bois.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und man achtet auf die Gäste. Der Speiseraum ist ein kleiner Traum aus 1001 Nacht. Klar es gibt keinen Strom im Zimmer und es ist frisch, aber es wird einem ein schön prasselndes Ofenfeuer gemacht. Der Ausflug, bzw. die Bergwanderung zum Wasserfall war ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Natürlich ist es ein wenig abgelegen, dort oben hoch über Imlil, aber das wussten wir im Grunde schon. Der Taxifahrer lässt einen an der Stelle aus dem Auto, von wo ab man dann im Flussbett (im trockenen!) nach oben in das obere Dorf gehen muss. Mit viel Gepäck ist das ein wenig schwierig. Aber wenn man angekommen ist und die Freundlichkeit der Leute sieht und man die Aussicht genießen kann, sind die Strapazen schnell vergessen.

La restauration au dessous de la moyenne, en particulier le petit déjeuné trop limite, et encore plus puisqu'il n'y a même pas d'alternative dans le coin.

The view is stunning, and it's really quiet. Great rooftop terraces, great options to enjoy the view. Nicely decorated and a beautiful atmosphere.

Mostly that many things didn't match the descriptions. No Parking, and no help offered in carrying luggage up and down the hill to get to the car, parked on the street. The first room we were given had no electricity at all, no electric lights, no sockets. When we complained we were told that that is just how it is. And it took a discussion to get a room with electricity. In general, the staff though not unfriendly, didn't seem to have hospitality training, and didn't put effort into making us feel welcomed. The bathroom had no door and we had no WiFi When our chimney was lit once, the smoke was so bad that we had to keep the door open. Bathrooms are tiny and have no doors (We heard, that in other rooms it is better) Meals are good, but for dinner, no drinks, not even water are included.
