Son authenticité avec le lieu très approprié et cette touche Suisse qui m’a séduite! Le personnel au top a l’écoute et très serviable! La literie impeccable etc. J’y reviendrais avec plaisir car j’habite entre Genève et Marrakech 🙏🌹🇨🇭

The room was really nice, the facilities were nice outside and it is very clean, food was really good.

A truly special and very local place. I was a big fan. The most beautiful mountain views from the room and throughout the property. There was no electricity in my room, but it worked out just fine – and there’s always a place to charge devices in the common area near the rooms. The food was really good, and the staff very helpful! One tip I forgot: make sure to contact the staff before your arrival if you’re carrying heavy luggage. You have to walk a short distance from the road to the hotel, including quite a few stairs – so a bit of help goes a long way. Luckily, I got help on the way back. A thousand thanks for a lovely stay.

Rooms quite hot - we were there mid summer.

Imlil is a lovely village in the mountains but the property is quite far from the only road and there was no help with taking luggage to/from the hotel - this is a good 5 minute uphill walk

No parking and no help with advice on where to park. Parking ‘guardians’ (random men on the road) will try to charge you for their ‘service’ of looking after your car - don’t buy it, just drive off. Worst of all there is no help with getting luggage to/from the car - we had to make several trips ourselves up a steep hill at 1800m altitude - will be very difficult for elderly or reduced mobility. Some staff (particularly Mohamed) were rude and unhelpful. Some rooms have no electricity.
