"Must visit for a home-like peaceful stay!"

Mr. Joseph was a godsend for us. Our flight got cancelled and we needed a room at 2:30 am. We called up various places requesting them for an early check in. Mr Joseph called us back and readily agreed, and he waited up for us in the middle of the night. He was extremely kind and generous and he pampered us with a delicious breakfast. The room was very spacious and it was in a very quiet locality, away from the hustle bustle of the city, and yet at a walking distance to the beach and the pubs, etc. All in all, we loved everything about the stay and definitely recommend it.

"Very good"

We arrived at 3 AM at the airport and someone was there to pick us up and drive us to the villa. Nelson was very helpful with tips and even came with us to the bus station and made sure we took the correct bus.

"A great homestay"

Had a lovely stay in Joseph’s family villa. Nelson was very friendly and helpful and arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport even through we arrived in the middle of the night. The area is good with a short walk from many restaurants and bars. We will be staying again when we come back to Negombo before our flight to leave

The owner was incredibly nice. He help me a lot planning my trip in the country. We also had very good chats in which he explained me a bit about the country. The room was very nice, big, confortable and we'll equiped. The morning I was leaving Negombo, Nelson drove into the bus and stayed with me until the bus came, I really appreciate it. He was very very helpful and carrying!!

The owner picked us up in the middle of the Night, the beds were comfortable and we felt home! The owner helped us with a driver and gave some helpful information! I can recommend this place!

Breakfast was delicious. Wi-fi was working very well. For the first two nights in Sri Lanka it was the perfect place mainly because of the endless hospitality and kindness of Mr. Nelson. Highly recommend.
