Sin duda alguna Gerard es el mejor personaje de la propiedad y la estadía, su atención muy 10/10, denle un aumento el staff es muy amable y te hacen sentir bienvenido

This was my first trip to Central America and travelling solo as a female traveller, I was going to stay in a more expensive hotel on the Plaza but I am glad that I didnt. This place was so friendly and I felt super safe there, they had themed nights, one was a family dinner (pasta), I was not that into pasta but I enjoyed it because you had the chance to meet other travellers. I stayed in a Private double room and it was comfortable, clean and very quiet.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they sold me a very expensive trip up a volcano and I asked if I would need to take something warm and she said no not at all, and when I got there it was so cold and windy that I had to ask them to take me back to the hotel, instead of giving me a refund, I think it was about 50 dollars, they gave me a shake, not impressed, apart from that, it was great.

Super modernes Hostal mitten im Zentrum. Im Hostal gab es einige Angebote bezüglich Aktivitäten und das Personal war super freundlich. Eine der besten Unterkünfte während der Reise.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, aber bucht keine Shuttles dort, ich musste $5 mehr bezahlen wie es an der Rezeption angegeben war.
