Toilet and bathroom are outside

This is not what we had expected at all! The kitchen facilities and the toilet and shower facilities were in a trailer (caravan) outside of the bedroom area. Although there was a motion sensing light, it didn’t activate quickly and I felt unsafe - watching my step in the dark.

A peaceful, relaxed atmosphere with good support from the hosts and plenty of privacy. The cottage was small and perfectly formed. Unusual to have the kitchen and bathroom facilities in a caravan but they were clean and easy to use.

The location is stunning and so quiet. The hosts were some of the kindest and most generous I've ever met! The Whare is cosy and warm and just lovely.

The automatic light only switches on at the bottom of the step so if you're going to the toilet in the dark a torch might be handy if you don't have enough light from the room.

Fabulous hosts, so easy to chat with. Definitely quirky but just relax and you'll love it. The Whare has great vibes and we had the best sleep, it's so peaceful. Highly recommended.

That we couldn't stay for longer.

Really grateful to Matthew and Diane for their hospitality. The Whare is quirky but very cosy. Very serene location which, with different personal circumstances, would have been very relaxing.

No complaints - in fact just the opposite. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating
