Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Arequipa. Everything was just awesome and super comfy and clean. Fabiola is just the nicest person, warm-hearted, funny, and helpful. After one month in Peru, I can confirm that this was the best place I've stayed at together with the 4star hotel at the airport. Don't look any further in Arequipa (I've seen 2 other places with similar ratings and would always highly recommend staying here). It is also very close by a short walk to the main square and everything you need. Hot shower with enough pressure, nice breakfast, comfy bed and warm room (you won't feel cold here during the night like in many other places). The room is spacious, and you have a window to the outside, which is also pretty rare in some places. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽 When I return to Arequipa, I would love to stay here again.

Not too far from the centre, just nice to be away from the noisy centre. I arrived 5am after an overnight bus and I’m able to check in to get some sleep. Owner is attentive and takes care of you like friends. Kitchen is simple and has only microwave and small fridge. I didn’t try the breakfast because I was out early in the morning. Book the tour package with them for very good price.

The bathroom tends to flood after each shower. No key is given so every time come back needs to ring the bell to wait someone opens the door for you.
