Everything was good and a staff who always looked after your needs

Breakfast was excellent and we like most of all the staff, they were so caring and very friendly. They do personalize service from the time we were fetched from sta. Fe port up to the time we were taken back to the port after our stay.

Staff were very nice and welcoming, it's very clean

The view is great from the balcony if you choose seaview rooms, the territory is secured and locked at night with guard present 24/7 if that is important to you. The AC was nice and relatively quiet, not the cheap and noisy one as in most places there. The bed was good.

In general - the price value ratio is below par. No window blinds, so you are greeted by the rising sun early in the morning. The existing curtains only catch about 50% of the light. The breakfast is not for the taste of Europeans, greasy sausages and fried ham with egg. You would expect good fruit selection in that area but you get 2 tiny one bite slices of watermelon or pineapple and I mean tiny. Room maintenance was done on every other day, coffee packs and water were not replaced, found out myself last day that there was a water re-filler around the corner. No hot water in the rooms, only as hot as it gets with the weather, so it was not completely cold. The steps of the stairs are very steep to the second floor rooms, so I would not recommend it for elderly people, almost knee high. The bar is used only by visitors and since the place only has few rooms so if you travel alone then you would be drinking/eating alone too. Its about 2,5km to Santa Fe bars and restaurants.
