Noisy a/c

Quiet enough even though it's near the loud bar.

This is a very basic place and if you look at it that way, it's good. Decent size room and bathroom, AC, wifi, some shelves, towels. Mostly clean. There was a little kitchen and sitting area. The owner was very nice and helped us get to the airport early.

The curtains in the room were beyond dirty, washing them would make the room look better. The kitchen area was also not very well maintained. There was a blackout one day which was not the owner's fault, but it seemed that it was planned/known, and I wish they would've told us at least a day before so we can prepare.

Edgar was helpful & the location was great

staff very friendly, booked all tours and airport transfer through them at great competitive prices. room was clean (they even cleaned it again during a 3 night stay!) and bathroom had a shower with hot water and ample pressure. would stay again! very close to beach’s bed all restaurants, you couldn’t have a better location. the owner Edgar was always on hand to help!

location, safe spot to park bike, great common kitchen.

Great to have a common area with kitchen facilities. Basic but handy and a nice area to chill out. Safe rooms with air con and hot water, shelves are good. Good wifi. Edgar is a very kind and helpful host. Thank you so much

Somewhere to hang clothes or a hook would come in handy, but i liked everything else.

the location was perfect

all the neighbors were yelling and cat calling, the rooms could be cleaner, there were bed bugs which bited me on all over the body, please count with cockroaches

fridge and cooking facilities in communal area and has own little balcony area with table and chairs and drying rack for clothes etc.

shower was very cold and no pressure but had a bucket and a bowl under it so i still managed to wash my hair ok
