Island Charm Culebra - Studios & Suites - Amazing Water views in Culebra Puerto Rico!

Good water view, we enjoyed watching boat traffic in the bay. This was our first time visiting the island and it was a good location for the things we wanted to see and do. Clean and tidy space, had everything we needed. Appreciated having beach chairs to use. You'll get your door code just 15 minutes before checking, so if you're a planner - relax. Three stories - host lives on the top floor, very friendly. Middle unit is also a rental. We rented the bottom unit and had little noise from upstairs guests. Hosts have good tips for groceries. Area was good to get a morning or evening walk. Parking is street side and that worked fine for our Jeep rental. As others have mentioned – roosters, yes! But not much the hosts can do about it. We would recommend this property.

The staff was friendly and responsive. Kitchen was clean and functional as it provided everything we needed for our stay. The patio hammock is a really nice touch.

Our only and MAJOR disappointment regarding our stay was the lack of water views from our unit. The MAIN REASON why we chose this one in particular as opposed to others we were considering was because it is advertised as "Amazing Water views from all 3 apartments", which unfortunately is simply not true. You will get beautiful water views if you book the top two apartments, but we were handled the keys to the first floor apartment, from which you will only see lots of trees blocking any water views. The reason why I say it's a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT is because there were better equipped booking options in the area at a lower price, but they clearly stated you could not see the ocean from them. Again, we decided to pay extra for this booking solely because it is advertised as "AMAZING WATER VIEWS", sadly a false statement.

It was super clean, comfortable with good location. I really liked the place is well organized, that all rules are clear and that it has quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. It shows that the owner wants to exceed expectations by always kindly answering any requests.
