Size of the unit

The family unit did not have a comfortable outdoor area. The other two units has much nicer outdoor areas

Nice private accommodation. Clean and comfortable. One big room which worked well for us. Kids slept on a pull out couch. Nice patio with a good view of the water and island

Lovely appartment. Clean and comfortable, the view is stunning ! Very close to everything ! The host was very responsive

We felt that as the owners lived above the apartment it wouldn’t have been much hassle for them to store our bags as most hotels offer this, but they were oddly negative about this even though it would have really helped us out with our ferry times. There’s no luggage storage on the island so you’re stuffed if you stay here and need to leave a bag etc. We felt it was just bad customer service even after we begged and explained our predicament. A little kindness goes a long way. There also wasn’t a kettle or salt/ pepper.

"The property exceeded my expectations."

The space was very clean and well laid out. The air conditioning worked great. Expectations and requests from the property manager were clearly laid out and totally reasonable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There were even beach chairs and a small cooler provided, which we took advantage of for beach trips. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

I have only two very minor nits. First, water from the shower could get the area around the toilet wet, simply because of how the curtain and shower floor are angled. Second, the directions to find the correct room were a little vague and it took several minutes to figure out once we arrived at the property. Once we found the correct room, though, it was smooth sailing.
