Breakfast was good with a fresh orange juice served daily. The personnel are friendly and helpful, an easily accessible hotel very close to the center.

It's located near a touristic square where people were playing loud music till very late at night. Even though the music was annoyingly loud and late, I accepted it since I am at the heart of a touristic place anyways. a small issue with the water coming out of the bathroom a bit, floors a bit inclined, but isn't a major issue for myself.

Hotel is in the heart of the old city. Many cafes, restaurants and shops around

Noise outside on the road was non stop. But could be dealt with by closing all Windows and put AC on

I liked the location. Central. Easy to find. Beautiful. The hotel is old and this is a positive for me. It reminds me of traveling in Morocco in the late 90’s/early 2000’s and I felt a lot of nostalgia. It was not trying too hard to be authentic. It just was. It is not fancy. And I was there on the night before a national holiday in the middle of summer so at night it was a bit noisy with people singing and being on vacation and living it up outside. But I liked it. I loved it. I loved all the men playing parcheesi in the attached cafe. The whole thing is so Tangier. It was a dream.

Honestly, it was exactly as k expected and for the type of hotel it is, I don’t think anything could have been better. It was good. There were fresh towels, lots of clean blankets…
