The address is different from the one in the original reservation. Although she sent me a message that the apartment is on Rua da Rosa, I had the old address in my navigator and it took me a while to realize that the address was different. It's not far. But the building is quite old and the walls are dirty and clearly stained from water infiltration. There was no door in the bathroom but a simple curtain. The bedroom window was always full of water and the air conditioning didn't work on the heat. The lady was nice but she needs to change something. The price paid was too high compared to what she offers.

The location was very good. Flat was soundproofed well.

The studio flat is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. It is also super central and the amenities are good

One thing to bare in mind is that the street can be a bit noisy. As the studio is central there can be people going out in the area. This can be easily overcome with some earplugs for the evening.

It is a very cute place and very well located, you got a lot very close by. Everything was finde and the host was super nice. AC was very helpful

The bathroom doesn’t have a door to close.

The communication with the host is horrible. We waited 6 hours outside and he never returned our call. I had to contact booking.com for them to open a dispute against the owner. Such a shame since the place is beautiful. Also the place is not at all where they claim to be. Once you check in, they give you another address which is way north than the original place. A shame
