Petit studio Rosa - Bairro Alto

The apartment is very small, just a bedroom, small kitchenette and bathroom with shower. There is only one window (bedroom) which means the place is quite dark. It is located in the centre of Bairro Alto however the address is different than the one on Booking advert.

All night we could hear beeping noise outside (same as you hear on check-outs in supermarkets). The apartment could be cleaned better. Actually, the first morning a cockroach was in our bedroom! Would be nice to have paper towel or kitchen towel to dry dishes etc.

It was good location only.

We came at 8pm and the property was dirty, sheets, bathroom, kitchen, everything. (I am sending you pictures) also we recorded everything on phone. We waited tired for more of 3 and half hours to check in. The host wasn’t so helpful, we had also problems to find the location of our housing. He told us that we will get discount for the first night, but nothing happened yet, and I saw that he cancelled the property although we stayed all 5 nights in his property. Which is really terrible! Also during the our stay, nobody came to clean our room, or to give us new towels, change sheets. We are not expecting that our room is cleaned every day, but for 5 night at least one time is enough. My boyfriend last day killed four cockroach, it was terrible 😳 I was scratching my body

The property , was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The shower was blocked and the water over flow to the floor .

It has a great location For us as a couple, who were exploring the city and came to the apartment just for the night it was great. Even though it is a 20 min uphill walk it can be managed or you can call Bolt, it is very affordable

It is very dark because of its one window therefore it has a smell and it is very hard to ventilate the air. - it is very humid

A very quiet and neat room in the middle of Bairro Alto.

3 Minutes before my check in time, I received an email from the property that I was not sleeping at the address as provided on my booking. I had already walked to the original address with an injured foot. I then had to walk a few 100 m's with my injury and luggage to another address. Earlier warning of the change of address would have been hugely appreciated.
