Siamo arrivata mezzanotte causa ritardo del nostro volo il codice per l’apertura della nostra stanza non funzionava. Siamo riusciti ad entrare solo nell’ appartamento ma il codice della camera non funzionava abbiamo chiamato più volte il proprietario e scritto ma non ci ha mai risposto. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a prenotare una stanza in hotel alle 2 di notte. Stiamo prova a chiamare il proprietario ma non ci risponde. Servizio pessimo.

Communication with Telmo worked great. Great location in the centre of the city, we could do most things by foot and there were lots of great restaurants nearby!

The self check-in was super smooth. The common areas were regularly well cleaned.

The condition of the room was much worse than the pictures, it was pretty used up and the bed was quite torn apart. The mattress was also really uncomfortable.
