Lo mejor la atención de Magnolia, la habitación comodisima, el detalle de dejar en la habitación una pequeña guía con recomendaciones y QR para llegar a los sitios nos encantó. Las cercanía a las playas, la estación de autobuses, restaurantes y cafeterías TOP! Para repetir sin dudarlo.

Kind of a long walk to beach, there's a big hill.

Great location within an easy 5 minute walk from the ADO station, collectivos to more remote beaches but 15 minutes walk to some of the better beaches - playas Carrizalillo, Coral and the main tourist drag. Despite this location, it was very quiet and tranquil especially in the courtyard. Best part by far was the host Magnolia, who arranged tours for us and provided a wealth of information on restaurants etc. and was wonderful to speak with. She allowed us to stay in the common courtyard area well into the early evening as we had a night bus on departure. When next in Puerto Escondido, this will be our first choice.

The tranquility of the house, the comfort and space of the room (with fan and air conditioning), the well-kept garden, the possibility to cook, and the Wi-Fi which works very well. Magnolia is an exceptional host, always available, kind, and ready to help with information and advice. The atmosphere is warm and makes you truly feel at home.

We stayed one night before our flight. Perfect location close to bus stops. Can walk to smaller beach or main zicatella beach a little further along still walkable. Great little room and friendly staff, helped us order a taxi to airport

Hospedarte en Casa Sixta es una excelente manera de conocer la vida local en el centro de Puerto Escondido, la playa Carrizalillo (que fue la mejor para nadar) está cerca caminando. Magnolia y su hermana Coty nos hicieron las mejores recomendaciones de comida y actividades. La comida más deliciosa y accesible de nuestro viaje está a una o dos cuadras de este alojamiento (nuestro favorito se llama La Salsa). Además tuvimos la fortuna de conocer a los hijos de Magnolia y Coty y que nos compartieran la historia de su familia, de cómo se fundó Puerto Escondido y los retos que este paradisíaco lugar enfrenta en su actualidad, además de la resistencia y fuerza de quienes lo habitan. Y debo agregar que si no traes mucho equipaje se puede caminar desde el aeropuerto hasta Casa Sixta, nos hicimos como 50 minutos caminando.

Nada, todo estuvo excelente, la cama estuvo muy cómoda y todo súper limpio.
