Heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn prima onderhouden - niet overbodig luxe, maar prima netjes en schoon. Het personeel geeft je een échte luxe hotel ervaring: een gratis upgrade naar een mooiere kamer, altijd een theetje en cake bij aankomst, gratis ritjes naar Nuwara Eliya centrum. Dat heeft ons verblijf echt gemaakt.

Nice place close enough to walk to Victoria Park and Lame Gregory. Breakfast was massive, and tasted good. Staff were really great during my stay, Ishan was very accommodating, and Pradeep was a very solid driver.

The staff was awesome. Ishan greeted us with coffee, tea and cake and a lot of recommendations for our stay. He arranged all tours and transportation for us. We also received a free room upgrade when we arrived without asking. The rooms are very nicely arranged and were very clean. The breakfast was plentyful and tasty! Especially due to Ishan one of our best stays in Sri Lanka!
