Nice and welcoming staff, they allow the leave of the luggage before checking time. Good value for money.

The bed sheets were not clean, probably refreshed with some cleaning spray.

perfect place to stay even for longer stays. the staff is super nice and its always super clean. feels really good to stay at maria bonita and i will always come back when im back in morelia

This is a true gem if you're looking for a place that truly feels like being home away from home. All of the staff are kind and attentive at tending the space and ensuring that all needs are met. The terrace rooms are light and airy! The provided coffee setup is a dream - don't forget to leave some pesos in the jar with the money you're saving not buying coffee in the city! This is a well-run operation that obviously cares :) Also the torta shop downstairs is SUPER delicious and the tienda de verduras across the street has the best avocados i've tasted in morelia. We will be staying here again for certain!

The LCD TV on top of the chest hit my wife in the head, she hit her head hard and the LCD on the TV was broken. The LCD TV, which was simply fastened with caulking to the top of the chest, which became very unstable when the drawers were pulled out, further amplified the instability, but the facility insisted that there had never been an accident and only pressed us to pay for the TV without any concern for my wife's injuries. All the while I was protesting to the woman at the facility, the other men at the facility were laughing at us as if we were idiots. In the end, we had no choice but to pay the amount offered because we were afraid of the threatening language and behavior. The facility apologized for the accident shortly after receiving the money, but never returned the money, which was several times more than we had paid for our accommodations. My wife is still suffering from headaches in the aftereffects of the accident, but she is receiving treatment at her own expense because she does not want to be associated with the facility any longer. The facility admitted fault but charged us 100% of the repair costs. This facility does not care about the injuries of their guests, they care about their own profits.

Excellent value for money. There are a variety of places to eat within a couple of blocks. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A little further away from the center than ideal, but there are colectivos in the street that go downtown.

Very nice place that i would always recommend. The staff working here is super friendly and welcoming and will always help you out with anything. Furthermore its super clean and the fotos show excaltly what it looks. The beds are comfortable and the WiFi is super fast. Also the kitchen is very clean and has everyhting you need to cook some dishes. With public transport in front of the door you will reach the city center within 10 minutes.
