- Great communication, owners ensure that you have everything needed and if not, they’ll do what they can to help. - The building is safe and secure and in a quiet area of Morelia. 20-25 minute walk to Centro, colectivo buses to Centro are a block away. - Grocery stores, panaderías and a large supermarket within 10 minutes along with restaurants and cafe. - Clean rooms and common areas which are cleaned daily. Spacious fridge and everything needed for self catering is provided. - Use of coffee machine for 10 pesos. - Rooftop terrace. - Clothes line on roof.

The host was super kind and helpfull, the room was clean and we enjoyed the terras/patio. The wifi was very good and the Flatscreen tv provide hbo, Disney+, prime and more. The area was nice, we felt safe and there are a lot of food options around you. A vegetable store is across the street, a bakery around the corner, a bar with cheap drinks around the other corner etc. A lot of Taqueria's in the street. We also uses the kitchen a lot for breakfast/lunch. It was a nice and not too far of a walk to the historic centre. We stayed 8 nights here and the shared bathroom got cleaned everyday, all the common areas were kept clean everyday. Again the host was such a nice person who will help you with anything you need. Definitely recommend this place!

Unfortunately very noisy street. Couldn't sleep without my earplugs.

Nice and cozy environment. The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. There's a good terrace to chill out and a tidy kitchen and refrigerator. It's located in a nice area with shops and supermarkets.

The place is nice, good location with everything you might need around and a few blocks from the property. It was a very smooth check in, I was given correct instructions to enter the property even I arrived an at earlier time. Lizet and Edgar were able to accommodate to my needs, I appreciate their willingness and kindness. I’m so thankful for that and would always stay here again. The room was very clean. I had a great rest and enjoyed that isn’t so noisy inside of the premises .

I enjoyed my stay pretty much everything of it.
