L’hôtel était jolie

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Mon séjour a été une très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. J’avais réservé sur Booking la plus belle chambre, et la plus chère de l’établissement. À mon arrivée, on m’a donné une petite chambre qui n’avait absolument rien à voir avec celle que j’avais réservée. On m’a expliqué que la chambre choisie n’était finalement pas disponible, tout en me demandant de payer le même prix. Je me suis énervée car c’était inacceptable. Après insistance, ils m’ont finalement donné la chambre que j’avais réservée dès le départ. Ce genre de pratique est malhonnête. J’ai clairement eu l’impression qu’ils profitaient du fait que je voyage seule et que je suis une femme de 20 ans. Dès mon arrivée, d’autres problèmes ont commencé. J’avais réservé un tuk-tuk pour 200 roupies sri lankaises (aller simple). En attendant dehors, la fille du propriétaire est arrivée et m’a forcée à annuler ma course en disant que son père allait m’emmener car 200 roupies “c’était trop cher”. Je me suis sentie obligée d’accepter. Son père m’a accompagnée à l’épicerie. Pendant que je faisais mes courses, il me mettait la pression pour que je me dépêche, alors que c’est lui qui avait insisté pour m’accompagner. À mon retour, il m’a demandé 8 000 roupies sri lankaises pour la course, ce qui est totalement abusif comparé aux 200 roupies prévues initialement. Je considère cela comme une arnaque. Concernant la restauration : le jour de mon arrivée à 10h du matin, on m’a demandé si je voulais poisson ou poulet pour le dîner de 21h. La question m’a semblé étrange, mais j’ai choisi poisson en pensant que c’était pour prévoir du frais. À 21h, le plat est arrivé en moins de 30 secondes, avec des accompagnements que je n’avais pas demandés, et le repas n’était pas bon du tout. Le lendemain, j’ai demandé un poisson précis en montrant une photo. On m’a répondu que c’était possible.

Великолепный отдых. Отель очень уютный. Зеленая, ухоженная територия. Чистый бассейн. На территории тихо, поют птички). Отель расположен близко к пляжу (5 мин пешком). Пляж чистый, широкий, немноголюдный. Вход в океан хороший, пологий идельно для тех, кто не любит большие волны. Персонал приветливый, профессиональный и внимательный. Все, что мы просили, было было ввполнено. Завтрак вкусный, подают в уютной чистой столовой. Была возможность заказать фреш из свежих фруктов. Номера просторные, чистые, с очень удобной кроватью. Приятным сюрпризом было то, что нам организовали экскурсии прямо из отеля (и то, что мы хотели). Цена и качество - соответствуют. Удобно было, что была возможность заказать трансфер из отеля.

Das sauberste Guesthouse, welches wir in 2 Monaten gesehen haben!!! Boden, Armaturen, Fenster.... alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Möbel aus Vollholz und hochwertig.

Beautiful location, we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool, which was lovely to use. Perfect varied breakfast. Enjoyed a lovely massage in their spa. Very helpful friendly staff who helped with our onward transportation. Short walk to the beach that has several cafe/restaurants

I choose this hotel because it advertised itself as beachfront. When I arrived I asked where the beach was and the staff advised 200 meters away. I asked to speak to management about this, as it is totally misleading. The owner arrived and said he would change the listing, which did not help me out at all. I initially thought he offered a 50% discount for my stay, but he said that I could pay 50% to cover this commission to booking.com and then I could move to Cinnamon Bay Resort which is on the beachfront and where a room is $157 a night. So essentially, the owner took absolutely no responsibility for his intentionally misleading description of the location. The only compensation I received was a travel credit from booking.com as they understood my disappointment. I took a tuk tuk the next morning to a nice beach with sun loungers and a pleasant day. I would have thought it would be easy enough for the owner to do this, but he chose to be angry at me because I forced him to adjust his listing. He even told me that I had ruined his business. There was also construction on the site which was not mentioned in the listing. The second morning I went for breakfast and asked if they had poached eggs. The staff replied they only had fried eggs and an omelette, so I chose an omelette. She returned with two eggs in boiled egg cups and advised that these were poached eggs. I said well if they are poached eggs, then please bring toast which I did not order with the omelette. The older lady started screaming at me that I was crazy. I tried to explain that I had ordered an omelette with no toast as I was told they didn't make poached eggs and now that I had poached eggs I wanted toast. She continued to scream at me that I was crazy. I cracked one egg open and it was raw and therefore unedible. I didn't say anything to them, I just said that I preferred to just drink my juice in my room as I did not feel welcome there.

Very good choice for a boutique hotel, very close to the beach, big rooms nicely decorated … lot of charm

So friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks for the manager who gave me tour around the sights close by, and went for the extra mile. Recomend to try their food at least once.

Прекрасный гостевой дом. С очень внимательными персоналом. Хозяин Руван старался сделать все возможное для нашего удачного отдыха. Чистота кругом. Территория не большая, но очень зеленая. Любой вопрос старались решить оперативно. У нас были два больших номера, На 1 и 2 этаже. Лучше и придумать невозможно. Прекрасный вариант за такие деньги. Мы остались довольны.

Нет ничего. Там все идеально.
