The Golden Residence

We had a wonderful stay at The Golden Residence – Kegalle. The place is very comfortable and well-maintained, and what truly made our experience special was the hospitality. Mr. Chandra, the manager, was extremely helpful, supportive, and friendly throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had everything we needed. We even stayed longer than our scheduled check-out time, but Mr. Chandra very kindly did not charge us for the extra time. This generous gesture shows the genuine care and professionalism with which he manages this place. Overall, we highly recommend The Golden Residence for anyone visiting Kegalle. With such warm hospitality and excellent service, it truly feels like a home away from home.

The room was very clean & big We were very happy with this place The manager was a very kind and very friendly There are enough facilities for the our budget For 12 dollars we got a air cooler, dialog tv,hot water, mosquito net,fan& a viyan bed with spring metres

Nothing to say anything in bad

Ontzettend aardige gastheer. Kregen een drankje bij aankomst, en ook bij vertrek. Bed is comfortabel en locatie is goed. Ook een hele goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

It’s not good that the manager asked ever time when is your checkout time? The check in checkout time 10AM is not normal.usually 12 /11Am..if he wants to clean his 4 room its his duty.its not acceptable 10am,he said he would charge one day if its after 10Am.

Właściciel obiektu jest cudowną osobą, świetnie się nami zajął. Zrobił nam wycieczkę w swoim ogrodzie, poczęstował domowym napojem, rano zrobił nam herbatkę. Zaoferował nam pomóc z wycieczką oraz pomógł z transportem. Pokój bardzo czysty i zadbany z dostępnym wiatrakiem oraz ciepłą wodą pod prysznicem. Bardzo dobre warunki. Bardzo miło spędziłyśmy tam czas i właściciel prowadził z nami Bardzo miłe rozmowy i dużo nam poopowiadał. Zdecydowanie poleciłabym obiekt. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny
