V Cabanas Yala Safari Place

-Location Close to the Yala National Park -Room was big and clean and had a really nice view -AC was working and we had a mosquito net -The safari tour was very nice -The host and all the people there were very friendly and organized everything -They made a late check out possible after the safari tour and drove us to the bus stand

Great views Super clean They took care of the safari for us - Chanaka was a really good driver and guide Santa was helpful and invited us to go to a Buddhist festival and that was really nice

Sometimes staff was a bit too present during our private times (breakfast and resting time outside)

Amazing views to the rice fields, amazing breakfast with all the fruits from their own garden. Santa was very helpful and the safari tour with Chanaka was amazing! We did saw the leopard!

We stayed for two days and they treated us very well. They helped us organize a Safari and we had great Breakfast and Dinner there. The Room was extremely clean and also the View outside of the room overlooking the ricefields was amazing. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Everything was clean and the Cabanas are beautiful! Lovely hosts and very tasty dinner and breakfast! We can highly recommend it!

Easy walking distance to Tissa centre, amazing rice paddy views with a VERY large and comfortable bed with excellent air con and a large bathroom Tasty breakfast. We would happily book here again if we came back.

We traveled over 3 weeks staying at 9 different accomodations. I waited till the end of our trip to do reviews since I think it is important to put them in the context of the country and not western expectations. This accomodation feels a bit different at first but you have everything you need. Air conditioning that works, Hot water from the shower, Mosquito net that doesn't have holes. It is treat to look out of the rice fields. This was one accomodation where you could get dinner and breakfast at a fair price on site and they accomodate early safaris with a to-go breakfast box and a late check out so you can come back and freshen up and leave to your next destination. What really set this place apart was how helpful the people were in spite of limited english at times. They helped organise for us to go to Bundalla Bird Park ( we saw an elephant, bore and jackets too) and even put us on the phone with driver who spoke better english. But the icing on the cake was their advice on how to walk a short distance to the tree of Bats. It was amazing! So many photos. If they had not shared that with us we would have really missed out.
