V Cabanas Yala Safari Place

Wonderful family! Very accommodating, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Cool treehouse like structure overlooking a gorgeous rice field. They arranged a Safari in Yala Park, drivers, transportation to Ella and drove me to the bank. They also took me to a spot with a bat migration! Very safe, secure spot too. Great host family and space!

We loved it. The people are so friendly. The design of the place is magnificent. It is very quiet and close to town. The rice fields are beautiful. Best breakfast we had. Very clean room. Hot shower, big room and a good bed.

Lovely room that looked out to the rice patties, very clean. Owners were very welcoming and assisted us by organising our safari. Our safari experience was great and we were able to tailor it to how we wanted.

Best stay I had in Sri Lanka, very clean and isolated room (even if being by the rice field no insects inside), comfortable bed, extremly nice family running the business. Views and surrondings are very nice. Room is silent at night and has good airconditioning. They can help you arrange transports in a good car by a fair price. Felt very safe for a woman travelling alone. They adapted breakfast for my dietary needs (gluten free)

They can prepare dinner or lunch but only on demand, so you need to anticipate the request (in my case 1 day before was needed), they helped me reach a nice spot for dinner with their own car which was appreciated.

Very nice place. Not too far from the city. It is a calm place, with really nice view from the room. The rooms are really clean. The family who is hosting this place is just amazing. So friendly and supportive. Thank you.

I have had an amazing stay at V Cabanas! The room was very spacious, clean and a great shower with hot water:) Also the view from the terrace over the rice fields was so good! The food was excellent, both breakfast and curry were one of the best I had in Sri Lanka! Lastly, the host family was just amazing. They welcomed me with some tea and were very helpful and kind surfing my stay. They took me to see the Fruit bats view point, lent me a bike, and dropped me at the busstation when I left. One of my best stays so far, so highly recommend!

Stayed a couple of days and absolutely loved it, can't recommend highly enough. Big clean rooms, so peaceful and relaxing. Adhi and family were the perfect hosts, our 1 year old daughter especially loved them. Also arranged everything for the Safari. Easy walk into town. If they have space, stay here

Sad we had to leave!
