The host family was amazing, kind and beyond accommodating even with our special requests. We had one dinner and one breakfast there and the food was delicious for a reasonable fee. We booked a safari and for this purpose the location was good, and there are some restaurants in walking distance. The entire grounds are beautifully decorated and it feels a bit like staying in a treehouse. There also is an instagram, if you would like to see pictures of the place (vcabanas.yala). Would love to come back here sometime!

As the place is located in the nature, there is some wildlife to be expected. We had an occassional gecko in our room, but the rooms were spatious enough to share ;) Otherwise the facilities have some signs of usage, for example some holes in our mosquito nets. But as the family is currently trying to expand the stay, they will surely fix it in the future.

Raj na ziemi. Cudowna rodzina troszczy się o to miejsce. Bardzo pomocni i mili ludzie. Miejsce polecamy w 100%. Komfort i relaks.

L'accueil était exceptionnel, la chambre spacieuse et très propre. Nous avons organisé un Safari avec eux et c'était super.

Beautiful location. Right beside the rice fields. Owner was very welcoming and organized a great safari for us. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Owner recommended an excellent restaurant to us: Smokey Kitchen. You can walk there from the guesthouse along the river.

Tolle ruhige Lage im grünen und sehr nette Besitzer. Leckeres Essen und fantastisches Zimmer. Von allen Unterkünften in Sri Lanka war diese mit Abstand die beste.

A very beautiful place, staying there feels like personal farm house. The room was very spacious, and the host family was very friendly.
