We were 2 couples. The property was nice and handy to main area.

The living area and kitchenette were very small.

Clean, modern, comfortable, short walk to the village

Got woken a few times with people walking around upstairs but I’m a light sleeper

The beds were very comfortable, great location, great amenities. All the details were covered at this wonderful property.

The price is fairly steep for the fact that there is no kitchen and only a very small living area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Fantastic Stay at Hampton Court on Waiheke!** We had a fabulous time staying at Hampton Court on Waiheke! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although there were no views, the tranquil setting made it a perfect retreat. The location was convenient, with easy access to all of the island’s highlights. A special thank you to our host, Tracey, for her warm hospitality and making sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend Hampton Court for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway!

Certainly nothing about the property we didn’t like, it was perfect for our needs. Views are always nice but this property was so peaceful, tranquil and beautifully presented that it more than made up for any views.

The place was relaxing and met our expectations thank you.

If we had to pick something there was a little bit of noise above but this didn’t detract from our stay.
